Webtel.mobi
Webtel.mobi (“WM”) is a Global 21st Century Telephony Company, providing multi-spectrum Telephony Facilities and multi-spectrum Telephony-Support Facilities.
Webtel.mobi was previously a company registered and domiciled in Guernsey. It is currently in the process of a redomiciliation to a different jurisdiction. This process has already been planned, and is now in its implementation phase, the duration of which is projected to be under 30 days in duration.
The redomiciliation process is being done in a two-step process.
Step 1 - which is currently underway - Webtel.mobi (Holdings) Limited in Guernsey and its subsidiary Webtel.mobi Limited have assigned and transferred ownership of all of their IP, operations, shareholdings and all any assets, contracts and relationships - to Webtel.mobi (Holdings) Limited's previous subsidiary WM Holdings Incorporated. WM Holdings Incorporated has now become the temporary Holding Company during this redomiciliation process, with the Guernsey companies now being only wholly-owned subsidiaries, the sole role of which is to retain Guernsey Trade Marks. only holding Trade Marks. During Step 1, the operational capacity of Webtel.mobi (in the form of Stored Credit Loads and Refund Transfers) will be temporarily paused, until the redomiciliation process is completed. For consistency of brand, during Step 1 of this redomiciliation process, WM Holdings Incorporated will conduct business as "WM Holdings Incorporated trading as Webtel.mobi".
Step 2 - once the setup of the new Webtel.mobi (Holdings) Limited company, which is already in process, has been completed, all of the IP, operations, shareholdings and all any assets, contracts and relationships that were assigned to WM Holdings Incorporated will be assigned and transferred to it. At this time, WM Holdings Incorporated will cease trading as Webtel.mobi and revert back to use of the company name WM Holdings Incorporated only, and the newly formed Webtel.mobi (Holdings) Limited will continue with operations from its new jurisdiction.
WM’s Global Platform is managed by an Artificial Intelligence Complex Adaptive System, which has enabled maximum global operational efficiency, security and reliability at minimum operational cost.
WM additionally achieves Global Expansion and Proliferation through an Affiliate System, which provides in-country support and fulfilment at minimum operational cost.
Moreover, WM has been self-financed by its own shareholders, and consequently carries no debts or liabilities.
WM’s services can therefore be provided not only with high levels of efficiency, reliability, security and speed – but also an extremely low cost; to both the company and to its Members.
WM is a Members-Only Closed-Loop System, with its Facilities and Services available to all persons who join as members. It is not available to the public and does not provide public services. However, membership is open to all persons and entities that wish to join, and membership is free.
WM’s Facilities and Services – especially its Telephony-Support Services – represent a 21st Century fusion and convergence of Artificial Intelligence capabilities with the almost unlimited possibilities of eCommerce.
This has resulted in a suite of Telephony-Support Facilities and Services that cater for almost all Markets, Sectors and Sub-Sectors across the entire spectrum of eCommerce.
