Please note that after providing an expression of interest to acquire WMHI shares during the private placement, potential subscribers for WMHI shares will be required to provide certified evidence of their Accredited Investor status prior to being able to participate, and subscribers who are unable to provide certified and verifiable evidence of their Accredited Investor status will be ineligible to subscribe for WMHI shares.
